    Magicolor 2490 please wait error HELP PLEASE

    I have a customer with a 2490 that when you turn it on it just says please wait. and dosnt go away. Any ideas or has anyone else had this issue i tried calling tech support but couldnt get a straigt answer. If anyone knows anything please please let me know my boss is climbing down my butt about it. Thanks again everyone
