first day here and already the next problem
I had two 7255 working in tandem-mode with an output up to 110 pages per minute. I looked for a substitution and Konica offered me the C 652. They can confirmed me (written) that two C 652 are able to work in tandem-mode.
And now ? Surprise, surprise
Support told me thar the C 652 can only print in tandem-mode but thios feature would not be available in the copy-function. So I can put the written confirmation right in the dustbin. They offered me following solution (using Konica printer pool manager and page scope workware):
Scan to a hotfolder. Running a script automatically to start a print job on both machines. I have to buy a extra Computer to run this software. Is there no other way to solve this problem ???
