Bizhub c451 3b02 ih malfunction

I HAVE A BIZHUB C 451 WHICH SHOWS ERROR CODE 3B02 ( IH MALFUNCTION)
ANY IDEA WHAT THE CAUSE IS.

cannot find any documentation asto exactly what this code means, though i would guess that the ih heater control has gone nuts. try the mc or the ih heater driver board, could even be the ih inductor itself. good luck on this one!

try removing fuser unit & reinstalling
ck all plug in's

after ck,ing some old service tickets
had to replace the ihpu board
faceing mach. r/side
remove covers you will see where fusser plugs in

yes see pg 71 o parts man/& pg 316 o s/man
3b02-failure in communication with fusing cpu.
remove cover's on r / frt/ side of mach.
you will find a board there fuser plugs in to check all the coniction
( power down & unplug first )
