Hi everyone,
I have a KM 7210 that is not cooperating when I try to scan to FTP. I currently have one 7272 and two 3102's scanning properly to FTP so I know it's not my network or settings on the FTP server.
The controller on the 7210 is a Fiery Pi7200e and I can print to the machine just fine. However, every time I try to scan to FTP it gives me the message "Now Uploading Data" on the copier scan screen and just hangs there until you reboot the copier. I have triple checked all my settings and they are correct. One setting I'm not sure about is the button labled "Firewall" but I have tried scanning with it on and off.
