    C352 /IC406... one copy

    with IC406.

    from computer ,i ask 10 copies and i receive only one copy on the exit tray (it miss 9 copies )
    I don't choose a good driver?

      Make sure you have "application collate" off when in the initial print screen. If you have collate selected in both the driver and the application it can cause strange out put.
      the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.
