    Hi all,
    anyone know how to use searchable PDF on bizhub 363 and 283?

      You have to purchase the optional upgrade kits to enable this on the copiers.

      Once that has been done, you will then see under your 'File Type' on the scanning screen a button labeled 'Searchable'.
      Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
