What exactly did you replace? The CCD, Mirrors, Glass, or the whole thing? Hate to point out the obviuos, but it is probably something you did.

      I agree with Big Pappa.

Follow the service manual regarding the replacement of this. You likely overlooked a very important step.

Might seem like a dumb answer, but clean the lens???

Any other adjustment is not recommended, but you may have to adjust the focal length of where the CCD sits. I would defer to tech support with KM on this matter.

            Hello

Can I ask, why did you change the CCD?
I have problem, with the colors. Printed pictures are fine, but in copy function the eveything is more green than it should be.

            Thanks

Make sure the CCD is seated properly, all screws are tigthened and it's aligned correctly

Did you put all the screws you took out back in the same order? I've had it where one screw was too long and just that mm or two blurred the whole image! Don't know if it's that same on the C220 but worth a try!

Had one of the black plastic sliders the lamp assy moves on pop out, caused the x lamp/1st mirror assy to be slightly skewed, wasn't through ADF, but scans from platen were way out of whack. Emujo

Is everything you run blurred or just copies from the glass?
