C451 double images

    C451 double images

    not the black image unit any other suggestions?
    shifted 1 inch to the top of doc's all colors , print and copy also internal prints.
    It looks digital like one of the polygon mirrors.

    we have a lot of suggestions, but it would probably help YOU quicker with more info. A sample of it might even help. Smearing! How far apart are the images when they repeat? doing it on all 4 colors?

      if you make some copies on the black there are no ghost images? did you try to clean the ITB(transfer belt)?

            Looks like the machine is in envelope mode. That... or you have a bad transfer belt or transfer roller.
