    BizHub 162 Side Paper Sensor

Hello all, I have a background with the older Minolta range.
I now have a BH162 which will not see sizes wider than A5.
The side size sensor is a reed switch and switches 5 to 0 volts.
Clear Data has made no difference to the situation. Is there a procedure to completely clear vram like an old initialise procedure? or has anyone seen this before?
    Thanks Heaps

Check To See That Your Other Sensor The One With The 4,5 Fingers Is In Position Properly It Is Very Difficult To See By Just Looking At Them Or To Even Straighten Them Out From Underneeth Rather Strip The Whole Unit Out And Then Correct The Problem It Is Not Worth Trying To Bend Those Fingers.

      Thanks Rudi
In the meantime that is what I found. The actuator plate for the 4 switches was bent and messing with the size reading (it looked fairly straight from the front and felt like it was ok). VERY GOOD ANSWER.
