Fiery X3e CM3102 no "Clear Server" Option...

    Hey Guys,
I have a Konica Minolta 3102 with an X3e fiery that won't allow you to select "Yes" for the Clear Server function under setup. How do I enable the ability to clear the server? The copier will no longer print because the spooler is full.
    Thanks!

You can do a clear server from Command workstation. You could also do a factory restore from the setup menu also but you will probably loose all your settings. Hate to say it but I think your looking down the barrel of a reload.

I agree. More often than not, system install is usually the only fix.

Also, command workstation will give you access to the print and hold queues and you can manually delete the files directly. Left click the first file in the list, scroll down to the last file, press the CTRL key and left click that last file in the list, all entries should highlight. Press the delete key.

I GOTS to post the screen cap of a Fiery I was working on that had 866 hold jobs on it. LOL
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
