Setting the bypass tray letter-r should work also.

try selecting a paper tray. I think it needs letter or letter-r in tray 1 to print.

Firmware upgrade required.

I have 2, bizhub 421 and 501 which will not print their meter reads off the copier. You go through the process and the start button goes red but their is no blue lighting flashing, no data transfer and than it locks up the machine. Has anyone experienced this or knows how to fix it?
