Konica Minolta 8650

Hi,
Got this problem with a Konica Minolta 8560.
Customer has changed the password for system settings.
Now, we need to change the IP setting, but customer forgot
the password. Is there a way to overrule using a sort
of supervisor password ? Can I make a factory default setting ?
Appreciate any kind of help here

Just change the admin password in service mode under:
[Security Settings]->[Admin. Password]
