[Error Code] bizhub C350 C0018

I can reset this code by opening and closing front door, however when machine cycles to warm up code returns, presumably at the time the color drums are suppose to spin.....

I'm returning to account with a new drum motor..............is there anything else that is a common cause for this error code?

The drum motor is the correct route to go.

You could try to check over the drum units and ensure they are moving freely. And as a small check, shake the IUs end to end to loosen up the developer, it may also be contributing.
