Please tell me how to reset this code. It occurred when I took out the glass to clean the mirror.

You open and close the front door [toner] to reset codes on that model.

The code is for your scanner lamp not coming on. Did it work before you touched it?

There is a reset button just below the blue handle storage place: open the front door, it's on the right side below the IU handle/above the paper type selector knob, small square hole.
You must have the glass in place since CCD checks for the reflection from the white strip on the underside of it.
