    [Jamming] C552 with FS 526

Thought I'd throw this one out their and see what ideas people have. I have a c552 which is jamming almost everytime on 11*17 paper. I either get a 72-12 or 72-13 code. Ltr,ltrr or legal runs just fine. But when I run 11*17 three hole punched the machine runs fine. The paper is not deformed in any way when you go to remove it. Firmware is up to date, did the finisher and punch adj. Spoke with tech support earlier and got some ideas but thought maybe someone on here may have seen before . Thanks

There is no 72-12 code in the sm, but the 13 code refers to the z-fold unit.

Site unseen, I cannot say for certain what the problem might be if you are not trying to do z-fold, but it could not hurt to swap the FSCB after verifying PS2 is functioning correctly on the finisher.

        update

just a update on this issue, it turned out being the transport ass'y. I cleaned all bushings and cleaned the one way bearings and that took care of it.
