7115 & Bizhub 180 toner/dv

Has anyone tried to use the toner and developer from the Konica 7115/7118/7215/7218 machine in the KonicaMinolta Bizhub 180? What's the difference? The machines look exactly alike except for the labels on the covers, but the supplies have different numbers.

The starter is the same it can be used, the toner is the same toner but a difference in the cartraige ,good luck
