urgent help need!

I'm running a small printing business by using Konica C500 and HP 9850. I have difficulty in printing large paper to 900mm. A technician friend told me that I need to install a special firmware as following:

C500: I1:Ver.13-CMO0;
C1:Ver.12-CMO0;

K8050: I1:Ver.51-CMO0;
C1:Ver.51-CMO0;

Anybody has such firmware that can be shared with me?
