So I received what was meant to be a C6500 LS-501. Serial 15AX(xxxxx). There is no dip switch on the back as in earlier serial numbers and I can not seem to flash it for C6500. I have tried to hold Utility key and try direct program to no avail. Any thoughts? Lam under the impression that any finisher is interchangable as long as serial number is late enough.
