7085 throwig a SC53-02 error code

I have a tech in the field that was replacing fusing rollers in a 7085. when he turned the machine on it Saic SC53-02 please call your technical representative.l

In the Service manual it states :

"Check on 24V power supply for total
counter. When C (T) (total counter)
which has been OFF is turned ON,
an abnormal detection signal (blown

fuse/24 V off) is detected."

Has any one seen this before? This doesnt seem to compare to the area he was working on.

Any help would be greatful.
