PK-517 Problem

PK-517 fitted in an FS-527, on 2 models, 452 + 652. All set up as per instructions, in this case 2/4 holes. Problem is, when you ask for 2 hole punch you get 4, on both model machines.!!! Anyone help

Did you find a solution to the problem/ Have fitted a same to a C360 and getting the same problem!

I looked at the Product Guide, and it states, 4 Hole Fixed Punch. So that's good enough for me. Salesman should have done his homework first!!

As far as I can remember, 4 holes are for europe & 2 holes for usa, however we have "converted" them to 2 holes by dismantling & remove the 2 outer pins......but this has been at the customers risk...they sign a disclaimer first
