Customer was given this printer and said it would streak the first couple of prints then clear up. However the black cartridge needed to be replaced before I could print. The printer did as I was told. There is a belt ass'y above the drum that apperas to be the source of the streaking. Where can I find this part and the price please. Thanks!!!
P.S. Precision lists a vertical transport ass'y but they have no picture and with the price being $38.00 I'm thinking this is not the part I'm looking for; I would think this part would be as much if not more than the dev. units.
