Konica Minolta FAX3900 feeder jam ?

Hi all,

This equipment is new to me. Can any one let me know how I can solve this issue ?

1. ) a feeder jam ? I follow my common sense and remove the jam, but I test the machine and it jams again. This is with one one piece of page.
2. ) Because of the feeder jam coming up ? could it be the memory is full ?

If it's full. How do I going about clearing the memory ?

I don't think you can, because camera batteries usually require a lot more power to charge as opposed to iPods, Phones, etc, because the computer takes some power away from the battery while charging.
