Dead Konica sc41-03 Scanner inop

Thanks for the reply albasoul06. I'll start with the sensor.

Scanner drive board (SDB)
Scanner motor (M27)
Scanner home sensor(PS51)

After power up the scanner does not light or move. Fault code SC41-03 displays. I blew out the home sensor and I rotated the drive moter by hand and moved the scanner out of home position and restarted but still nothing. I unplugged the power for 5 minutes and restarted without any luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
