KM C360 problem of graddation

i change a black image unit and when i want to perform the graddation adjust
i can't go on normaly i just choose the paper A3 or A4 and print or copy then i click on start but now all of theme was blocked i can't click on and i have a P9,P21 message

The machine will not allow grad adjust until you sort out the cause of the codes P9 &P21. P9 is for the K unit. Did you change the drum or the dev unit?

i change the black dev unit and the code P9 remind on

Check that the unit actually turns! Sounds like it is too tight, take it out and give it a shake from end to end then try to turn it by hand.
