    [Error Code] 3b02 code on Konica C652

    I am having this code happen 4 to 5 times a day. i have replace the IH coil, fuser, IH power supply, and REDB. still the code continues to appear coming out of sleep mode. Any other thoughts on this.

      I know this machine need a dedicate 20A circuit plug. You may want to check that.

          Hi.

          I've also this problem.

          About two months ago, I've error 3B02.
          IH module was repaired and to yesterday was ok.

          Yesterday also this error shown.
          Anybody know reason of this error?

          Two months was ok, and when finisher jammed several times paper, and IH module failed.

          Could have jamming in finisher connection with this error 3B02 and IH module.
