    [Error Code] KM C360 error code

    Hey guys.


    I have a machine that gives me error code C11-90, sometimes. Usually when they print a bigger job.
    I have been looking and testing it but I cant find anything strange...
    Maybe anyone here knows something about it?

      The code C11-90 is related to the sistem (sensor and motor) of alignment into the finisher FS-527 that I believe is installed on your printer. Probably is better to take away some of the printed pages of the bigger job.

              C-1190=alignment plate problem, good luck telling your customer to "just staple less sheets". You're gonna have to pull the finisher apart and do some old fashioned trouble shooting. Aligning plate comes out pretty easy, 3-4 screws and you have the whole unit in your hands. Could be a paper clip in there blocking the sensor. Had one caused by paper exit acuator (pt #A0HR 8973 00) got bent and was interfearing with the rear aligning plate movement. EMujo

                  Didn't find anything strange. I switched motor from right side. See if they get another error code.
