Roller Lines on C8000

Hi All

Can anyone help I am getting roller line on a C8000 from the fusers, is there anyway to fix this?

Hello Francois d,

in the adjustment mode there is a mode to polish the fusing roller.

Adjustment -- 02 Execute Adjust operation -- Fusing Refresh Mode
For more information about this refresh mode you can see the user guide from the main body

Better off just replacing the roller and turning off the fuser refresh function. The polishing function is causing the fine fuser roller lines.
