    Firmware
or setup problem ie when new image units and or developer were replaced they were not set up correctly

    but i'd try firmware first

If it says "warmimg up" all the time then one of the three upper heater lamps has gone

          check each one

            Hi all
thanks for you suggestions.problem was neither firmware or fuser unit related.
it was a malfunction of a pulse sensor
            thanks

I had a similar problem, machine was in warming up mode for a long time. Limitter was slipping...
