scan to user box not displayed on display panel when copy tab is pressed in c352

The HD might be installed but is it turned on? You can check it in system 2 under options in service mode.

can any one please help..
scan to user box not displayed on display panel when copy tab is pressed in c352.
i checked there is a 40gb hard disk in machine.

dont know how to store scanned copies in user box.
