went to the machine today.
Cleaned the one way bearings and roughed the shafts up. Also removed the feed clutch and cleaned. Signs of rust in the clutch. Assembled machine and copied 100 copies with no jams. Will order a new clutch and fit when it arrives. Thanks for your help

I would try cleaning the one way bearing and rough up the shaft it runs on with some fine emery cloth. If that doesn't help then it is likely the feed clutch.

C253 1101 jams
Fitted new feed rollers and sep roller assembly to tray 1. Put it all back together.
Copied fine for 40 copies and now getting 1101 jams out of tray 1. Paper doesn't leave the tray.
Have pulled the feed assembly out 4 or 5 times and can't see any problems.
Have to return tomorrow and will pull another feed assembly out and compare the 2.
Anyone else had this problem?
Seems strange that was working fine after roller replacement and now has stopped.
Could be something unrelated? Clutches?
Any help would be great. thanks
