Konica c350 radf jamming

Hey guys,
working on a konica minolta c 350 that keeps jamming in the radf,but only when you are trying to duplex. Can not find anything that would caulse it to jam, and really, it just stops. Nice even stop not scewed , no marks on the paper it just stops when you can see about 3/4 of the page under the clear cover on the top of the radf. Thanks

Can you take another doc feeder and try if it works , if it does, then blow all sensors on the faulty unit. Clean all tyres and rollers with isoprpyl alcohol.

can you check on jam codes what it says.

possibly do trouble reset..

How to reset
• Press the Trouble Reset Switch on the Tech. Rep. Setting Switches Board to reset the
following malfunctions: scanner-related malfunctions, fusing-related malfunctions, exposure
lamp-related malfunctions and C3FFF.
• For any other malfunctions, open and close the Front Door or turn OFF and ON the
Power Switch.
