I just did the procedure listed in the link and I highly recommend it if you want to get your toner puking beasts under control, follow the instructions and you will be amazed at how good these things run. By the way its just a little more comprehensive than the solution CMB posted but its accomplishing the same thing. the dip switch info is good stuff also, thanks!

weve had luck with ensuring the grid voltage adjustment is done everytime a drum is replaced, its should be around 715, its printed on every drum, check the manual for this adjustment and try it, it really helps

Also try this in addtition to setting 23-2=0, 23-3=1, 27-0=1
Make sure all other dispwitches are set to spec.
set LD1 &LD2 offset to spec then do all the drum pecularity adjustment.

I have around 100 of the B600-7255 all run clean. This procedure will reduce the spill by about 80%

We made the modification in the Bias, as ilustrated in the attach, and up to now its working fine.

The starter on this model is only rated at 250K, also when you change the starter be sure to vac out the cleaning unit and the return pipe on the front. I use desoldering wick to get better bias to the mag roller, if you meter between the surface of the mag roller and the bias contact you should have 20 ohms or less.
