Anybody there that could help me with a C35. Machine freezes at the logo, want to do firmware, to see if that sort it out. But can't seem to get into Techrep mode, tried passwords, but locked me out, not sure what password is, and then if somebody could assist me in the procedure to do firmware. I've gor the firmware, ordered my manuals, but havn'e received them yet.
Would appreciate any assistance.

They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
