hi everyone.... have anyone encountered the problem: "The following functions cannot be used Copy/Scan/Fax"....
i will be very glad if somebody could answer this problem...thanks a lot

Sounds like the scanner or AFR is isolated

Go into service mode, trouble isolation and reset it??

thanks a lot... it solved my problem..the scanner is not set in the service mode
