Konica Minolta Bizhub C250p error code c2552 and than P6-P21

Hello Friends,
I am servicing a bizhub c250 printer version and it makes exactly 9 copies and go into code c2552 and after one day in maximum show error code p6 and p21 and now cyan color is showed.

I have check the TCR cleaned but the same thing also i have put a new cyan toner cartridge.

Anyone to help in this issue?

Have a look at this. Especially the part on t/c ratio. This is on the C250 copier, not sure how similar the printer is!

Definitely related to the cyan IU. Likely has failed. Replace cyan IU.

You could have a failure in the print head(lsu). If in a humid environment fogged mirrors in the lsu can and will cause this. Also a bad motor for changing the angle of the mirror in the lsu.

Replace the cyan iu but if the problem comes back, replace the print head.
