[Error Code] C6500 IC-408 Post inserter issue

I have a customer with a Konica Minolta C6500 with IC-408. They have the post inserter. The customer wants to insert a cover using the post inserter. Everytime the customer prints the file. They keep getting a messagecover inserter asking for paper weight? I dont see anywhere to set a paper weight for the post inserter. Is there somewhere it needs to be set on the 6500? Anyone have an idea it would greatly appreciated. Thanks
