Customer called in code C-E082. My tech went out and reset the code and tried to upgrade the firmware. The machine didn't recognize the firmware files and there are jobs frozen in the job list that say "printing" but nothing is happening and they're not able to be deleted. Before i replace the OACB, has anyone else had this problem?
