I got bizhub 184 in my office but we forgot the administrator password yet we need to do some setting on the unit
I've contact technical support but they said that the admin password cannot be reset and we have to switch with another unit
Is there a way to reset the admin password or do hard/factory reset so the administrator password can go back to default one?
