I have a customer that wants to run 11X15 from the cassette.When we put 11X15 in we get a size of 8K and the 11X15 is not recognized when feeding from RADF or glass. I can manually select the cassette and force feed. Has anyone ran into this issue?

Well it's not any standard size for North American MFPs. US Standard Fanfold is 11" x 14 7/8", but no North American MFP is capable of recognizing that size in the document feeder or on the glass, or in a paper tray for that matter.
I would imagine that a print defined as that size would pull the correct paper.
Perhaps you could set up a Mode Memory, and store a custom original size, and pre-select the appropriate tray. I think it's safe to say that Auto Tray Selection with a non-standard original size is out of the question. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
