    Thank for your comment for this trouble.. i am a tech,,and i has clean sensor,and i am sure the problem accured because of software system, i call this trouble with " a worng minolta security system"
    And now i has fix the probem without " ORIGINAL FIRMWARE " I say thank so much to my "software editing team"..

    BBCo You have just received 3 great answers. I would recommend you read all 3 then re-visit the first. An untrained or inexperienced person messing with the firmware or the drum carriage in this machine is only asking for bigger problems.

    Firmware does not fix shit most of the time. If it is stuck in warm up, the aidc sensor next to the drum could be dirty. Just a little toner on it will cause the machine to stay in warm up.

    The only person that has access to firmware is an authorized Konica Minolta technician.

    help me please, my bizhub 600 WARMING UP,READY TO SCAN and when i enter to tech rep mode i find error code C D203. I has read this error report in this forum and the answer is FIRMWARE NEED TO UPGRADE. how can i do it,and where i can find the firmware?
