    In my case all I have to do is define custom paper in print driver as 330 mm x 700 (or more) mm, usually 250 g, finishing face up in bypass tray. But as I remember, the serviceman enabled one option, that the banner can be printed. If it doesn't work with these setting, you have to call service to enable this option.

    Single paper loading works fine, but... It takes a lot of time to make several prints.

    You need to validate this fonction.

    It is necessary to change the DIP Switch 10-0 = 1 in service mode.

    I'm trying to print banner 330x700 mm on c5501, but it only allows one paper in bypass tray. If more than one is loaded, paper jam occurs. Am I missing some setting, which would enable to load multiple papers to bypass tray?
    Single paper loading works fine, but... It takes a lot of time to make several prints.
