the copy lamp is always on and when i send to make photocopy, the copy lamp unit will move to copy the work but after it copies the work, it will print nothing on the paper. meaning printing blank copy please help

Check if the mirror carriage is in the locked position. I don't recall where it is located, but it's a small machine, should be easy to spot.
