I'm having a problem printing letterhead on a minolta C650. The problem is that the customer wants to print the first page of a word document on letterhead in drawer 2 and the rest of the document on special paper drawer 4 I asign in the word the paper setup page 1 as drawer 2 and the rest as drawer 4. I configured drawer 2 as letterhead and drawer 4 as special paper on the machine and asign drawer 2 in the printer driver as letterhead and drawer 4 in the driver driver as special paper. When i print a document the engine gives an error th place normal paper in drawer 2 but the customer dusn't want to change the settings everytime he wants to print on letterhead paper.
Can someone help me? Is this a specific minolta problem or dus other manufactures have the same problem and is the problem within MS??
