Bizhub 25 dirty print out on first couple pages, BRAND NEW

Hi. I have a new out of box bizhub 25 make dirty print out. it does it on the first couple pages n it will get lighter and lighter, when it stops, n u do another job, the dirty copies comes back, and it will get lighter and lighter. I have try replace the drum, and no help. any ideas? we are new too konica machines.


any input would help.
