I have an account with two IC-307's running version 1.1 software. The issue is some print jobs get to the Creo and you can see them in the queue on the Creo workstation, but sometimes the jobs hang there on the Creo and don't release to print out. All jobs are set to process and print right away. The issue happens on only one of the controllers, the other works fine. I ran format image disks but the problem did not improve. I am considering reloading system software but would also like other opinions on the problem.
