First time to post in the Konica forum, (Ricoh, Toshiba, Canon, Kyocera tech) so please forgive my stupid question.
A church I do some work for has a 7415 which shows PC on display, I'd like to help them out if I can as they don't have a lot of cash. Could some one explain what this code is referring to, do I need to replace parts and if I can clear the error?
