intermittent c-d002 happens once every 6k -30k about 40 times in last 2 years. customer resets and it works fine. only reason we know about it is v-care puts up a call. hard drive, memory, and all pwb have been changed. firmware is at ver 30. im going to downgrade firmware if i can find ver 21- its not in ssd.
