JSC is correct the latest firmware reolves this issue. I just saw this fix while looking for a fix for a different problem.

    Try printing from another computer?
How about using a different driver.

Check to make sure that "Popup Authentication Dialog when printing" box is checked under the Settings tab in the driver Properties. Let me know if this works for you.

what you might also try to do is only print part of the powerpoint. not the whole thing. like one slide that way you can pin point if it is powerpoint. i would say most likely there is a setting causing this issue to happen on the computer and not the 550.

    Hi,

Could you print from another MS pack office like Word ? (try to paste one page of your PPT into word and print it)

Do you have an image as a background into your power point?

Try to print only one page , if that's printing, I think that the power point is too heavy (long time to spool, and RIP) too much image and details (wordart, photo...)

    regards,
