[Misc] poor colour production

I have a bizhub c220 that prints poor color quality on thick papers. The color is good on normal paper. I've tried cleaning transfer roller, skew reset but no improvement. The machine is virtually new having done only 9000 copies.
Anybody with a soln?

Have you set the machine paper tray settings to thick paper?

I have went through the same issue on heavy stock on the C220 and after talking with konicaminolta reps and the hotline, they have stated that the machine will run some of the heavier stock paper, but image quality is not supported when using thick 3 or 4. They pointed out that it is stated in the product specs in the C220 manual ( I believe page 6 in product specs in the field service manual, some adjustment can be made to get the quality better such is image trans voltage but it may not match the quality run on 24lb. paper. Just something the customer may have to live with when running heavy stock paper if using thick 3 or 4.
