Bizhub 350 bypass problem

I have a bizhub 350 that will, for whatever reason, only allow custom size to be used through the bypass tray. For the life of me I cant figure out how to get it back to auto-detect paper size. Anyone have this problem before? Im sure the solution is simple, but I cant find any menu settings in user, admin, or service mode to set this back to normal. Any help would be super.
